Developing an MSc Programme in Climate Change, Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security (CCSAFS)

CCSAFS is a European Commission ERASMUS plus Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) funded project (573881-EPP-1-2016-1-EL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP) entitled “Development of a MSc programme in Climate Change, Sustainable Agriculture and Food Security” that is being designed and implemented at the Suez Canal University in Egypt and Jerash Private University in Jordan.

The project’s aim is to respond to the needs identified through the development of an inter/multidisciplinary MSc programme in Climate Change, Agricultural Development and Food Security that will help promote the Sustainable Development Goals, especially SDG 2, by providing students with the skills and tools for developing agricultural practices, policies and measures to address the challenge that climate change poses for agriculture and food security in the two target countries and in the MENA region, in general
