Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, The Minister of Tourism and Archaeology, Mr. Nayef Hamidi Al-Fayez, launched on Sunday the first International Conference on the Nabataean Culture in Petra, organized by the Institute of Archaeology at the University of Jordan

At the opening of the scientific day and in the presence of the Vice-President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Prof. Shtaywy Abdalla, as a representative of UJ's president, Prof. Khairy, the Dean of the Institute, pointed that the scientific day this year concentrated on M.A and B.A students’ research .
