The FoN remains ambitious towards the ability of facing its challenges and maintaining high standards of graduates, while managing existing problems of shortage of faculty members and high number of students and limited resources via:
- Implementing the 5-years strategic plan in collaboration with the Univesity Quality Asurance Office.
- Applying the Accreditation Criteria stated by the Ministry of Higher Education to maintain quality of nursing education.
- Complying with national ratio male-female students enrolled annually and follow with the recommendation for reducing toal student number to maintain quality nursing education.

Upgrading the quality of graduates by continuing the efforts of applying proper competency exams in collaboration with the Jordanian Nursing Council and the Ministry of Higher Education.

Enforcing the application of the 10-year scholarship plan and enhancing faculty members' development.

Maintaining the international links and special programs, which positively add to the image and the international standing of the FoN and promote collaboration for scientific research development.

Expanding the physical capacity of the FoN building and quip the special simulation and skill labs to enhance teaching and learning.

Continuing the existing efforts of strengthening the postgraduate programs, especially the Ph.D. program.

Resolving students' main problems related to registration of pre-requisites in collaboration with the registrar general at the University.

Maintaining quality faculty members' recruitment and enhancing self-development.

Finalizing the establishment of Nursing Graduates Affairs Alumni to provide a data base and promotes continuous communication and collaborations with FON graduates’.

Conducting clinical training preceptorship course and community services to promote effective communication with the local community.
