Mission and Vision

The Department of Nutrition and Food Technology is the leading department in this field in Jordan. The Department includes 13 faculty members, 12 technicians and administrative employees, and about 300 students. Research activities focus on the different aspects of human nutrition, diets, traditional food, and food biotechnology. Furthermore, the Department has intensified extra curricular activities in the form of consultation, seminars and workshops.
