Two Investment Buildings have been erected in the northern area of the campus. They comprise shopping centers, supermarkets, car parkings, cafeterias, offices and other facilities and utilities.

The fourth and fifth floors of one of the buildings house some sixteen apartments for rent, of varying sizes.

A third complex has recently been completed. It comprises a huge supermarket and many shops and restaurants which cater to the needs of students and members of the adjacent community.

The main goal behind the establishment of these buildings is to create new sources of income for the University and to render services to the local community.
