Honorary Doctorate to Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal
 
In the presence of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah, UJ awarded an honorary doctorate in International Business to Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal in recognition of his efforts for the improvement of business environments, and economic, tourism and media development.
 
UJ President, Ekhleif Tarawneh, said the award decision stems from UJ's vision in interacting with the international community, and acknowledges Prince Al Waleed as one of the world leading economic figures.
 
Upon receiving the degree, Prince Al Waleed commended UJ’s international outreach activities and achievements among its peers on international rankings.
