UJ, U.S. Embassy looks into establishing joint academic programs

Dr. Zaid Eyadat, Dean of the Faculty of International Studies and Political Science received a delegation from the U.S. Embassy in Amman and looked into establishing cooperative relations and joint academic programs.
 
According to Donna Gorman, U.S. Embassy, the visit aims to build cooperation between Jordanian universities and U.S. scientific institutions in international studies and human rights areas, as well as the establishment of faculty and students exchange programs.
 
Gorman pointed to the possibility of providing the Faculty with a scientific database on international relations, foreign policy, international conflicts and human rights for the use of students and researchers. 
 
From his part, Eyadat welcomed providing the Faculty with such programs that will enhance the exchange of expertise and scientific knowledge, calling for more academic and scientific cooperation, Eyadat invited U.S. students to engage in the programs of the Faculty of International Studies and Political Sciences
