Discussing scientific cooperation with Pakistani universities

Prof. Ekhleif Tarawneh, President of the University of Jordan met in his office with the Pakistani Ambassador in Amman Attia Mahmoud and examined ways to promote cultural and scientific exchange between the two countries.
 
Both sides expressed hope to increase the number of Jordanian students in Pakistani universities, especially those who are looking forward to study medicine and engineering.
 
The two sides stressed the need to increase cooperation between the two friendly countries at all academic levels, including the exchange of experience through mutual visits of faculty members and supporting the efforts of student exchange.
 
Tarawneh briefed the guest about the UJ's academic programs at various colleges and scientific and research centers, referring to the University's vision to transform into a global institution through the development of educational programs and development plans to upgrade its rank among its peers.
